About the team

Welcome to our FMCG team! In this role you will be responsible for delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping sellers to succeed on the platform, as well as delivering best customer experience by providing best service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of category account managers and operations
• Assist category leader to define and execute business development opportunities and category growth strategy
• Identify and conduct category data analysis, gap analysis and solutioning
• Drive relevant category special projects and improve sellers / buyers’ experience
