Head of Marketing

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Head of Marketing to lead and scale the marketing function in Malaysia. This is a senior leadership role suited for a full-spectrum, all-rounder marketer with strong startup DNA — someone who can build from the ground up, drive growth across multiple channels, and ensure that marketing outcomes directly support commercial objectives. The role involves strategic leadership, hands‑on execution, and cross‑functional collaboration for the Malaysia market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy and roadmap for the Malaysia market.
• Set up, manage, and scale a multidisciplinary marketing team across brand, digital, communications, events, and growth.
• Identify new opportunities, quick wins, and strategic channels to accelerate expansion.
• Strengthen the marketing engine through improved messaging, funnels, processes, and go‑to‑market support.
• Balance high‑level strategic direction with hands‑on execution where needed.
