Management Trainee

Assist the Sales Team in handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing sales orders.

Learn to manage customer relationships, follow up on leads, and support sales activities.

Support the development of marketing and sales materials (e.g. product catalogues, promotions, social media updates).

Participate in product training to understand features, pricing, and competitive advantages.

Assist in monitoring sales performance and preparing periodic sales reports.

Observe and learn negotiation techniques, pricing strategies, and customer retention practices.

B. Store Department

Learn inventory control processes, including receiving, storage, and issuance of goods.

Assist in stock checking, labeling, and updating stock records in the system.

Support the store team in ensuring accurate stock movement and maintaining proper documentation.

Learn warehouse layout, safety procedures, and proper handling of electrical and electronic goods.

Participate in logistics coordination, including goods delivery and stock transfer between branches.

Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store.

Participate in job rotation within different sections to gain exposure to overall business operations.

Attend internal and external training as assigned by the company.

Work closely with mentors and supervisors to complete assigned projects and learning objectives.

Prepare periodic progress reports to the Head of Department on learning outcomes and improvement areas.

Travel to different offices or branches and participate in daily operations as assigned.

Demonstrate initiative and contribute ideas for process improvement and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement :

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of work experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
