The role

We are looking for an experienced Proposals and Contracts Manager to join our growing team. As a Proposal and Contracts Manager at Southern Star, you’ll work in an exciting and fast‑paced environment, ensuring that client requests are appropriately addressed throughout the proposal process. The position is a full‑time remote position, with flexibility to be based in Malaysia or the Philippines. Reporting to the Head of Proposals and Contracts, you’ll be responsible for :

• Preparation of new project proposals and contractual documents, including Master Service Agreements and Work Orders.
• Working collaboratively with the business development team, strategy team, heads of department and operational teams to ensure that client requests are appropriately addressed within the proposal.
• Liaising with the finance team to oversee timely invoicing and accurate project finance tracking.
• Supporting the Head of Projects and Project Managers to ensure compliance with contract procedures.
• Attendance at bid defence meetings as needed.
• Accurate tracking of change orders within the CRM.
• Leadership of change‑in‑scope meetings, actioning follow‑up items as required.
