Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for operations of specific programs assigned to by ensuring delivery of service levels in compliance with company and customer requirements.
- Perform required periodic cycle count of the cargo stored in the warehouse and report any discrepancies.
- Handle customer complaints with regard to Inventory.
- Manage cargo damage and rework activities.
- Perform stock movement and adjustment updates in WMS.
- Communicate and update customers via email on a daily basis.
- Monitor and re-order stock for packaging materials as and when required.
- Complete all required documentation such as inventory reports, damage reports, rework reports, etc., and timely submission to customer as required.
- Monitor and supervise a group of workers from the agency to ensure the workers deliver the required tasks accurately and on time.
- Organize the required team members in delegating tasks among subordinates on a daily basis.
- Provide support to warehouse senior executive in implementation of initiatives to meet warehouse goals, strategy and policies.
- Ensure cleanliness of the overall warehouse area and take necessary action to maintain the condition.
- Stop and report any unsafe activity within the warehouse to the immediate superior.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.Minimum two (2) years’ work experience in the logistics and transportation industry.Knowledge of warehouse management system would be an advantage.Service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.Benefits
