Job description

Overview

Responsible for providing high-level technical support to executives, managing IT-related administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operation of communication and technology systems for senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day business support of on premise or cloud network infrastructure, hardware and software
  • Day to day business support on in-house application and end user computing
  • Training and deployment of assigned software
  • Miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science and / or equivalent
  • Possess strong technical knowledge hardware / software / applications.
  • Working experience in IT an added advantage
  • Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions. combined with good analysis skills and ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems.
  • Good communication skills to cooperate with people at different organization levels.
  • Ability to communicate concepts in elegant, concise, eloquent form to management and to cross-functional departments or teams verbally, in writing, and through pictures or diagrams when appropriate.
  • CCNA / Azure Fundamentals will be an added advantage.
