Responsibilities :
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and financial records.
 - Ensure adherence to local finance regulations.
 - Communicate effectively in English (reading & speaking) for business operations.
 - Perform other administrative duties as required.
 - This role is worked from home (remote) but requires visits to a client office in Singapore 1-2 days per week; a transportation allowance of SGD150 per day will be provided for such visits.
 
Requirements :
Willing to visit client offices (day trip) for documentation work.Own working computer and stable Internet connection for work purposes.Familiarity with the Xero accounting system is an advantage.Experience in bookkeeping and accounting.Strong knowledge of financial and labor laws.Ability to read, write and speak fluent English.Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently.Seniority level : Entry level
