Job description

To lead and advise in Health Tourism ground handling arrangement process. Operation in charge for International Patient Centre. To arrange in search of new potential market. To lead in managing and facilitating communication to Representative. Office / agent / patient / others at Wellness Centre, Consultants Clinics, other outpatient centre, and ward. Responsible in promoting hospital services, facilities, and packages. Maintenance of sales report Assist in BOM & BOD report for Health Tourism services and its related task Participate actively in any other new service that is introduced by the services Ensure all policies and procedures of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and MSQH hospital Accreditation Standard are adhered to and records maintained, if and when these programs are implemented. To carry out other relevant duties as an employee as stipulated in Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and Regulations : To take reasonable care at work for the safety of yourself and other persons. To co-operate with your employer or any other persons in the discharge of any duty. To wear or use any protective equipment or clothing provided by the employer. To comply with any instruction or measure or Measure on Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) Involvement in determining actions to address risk associated with threats and opportunities for hospital eg HIRARC; Other OHS Risks & Other OHS Opportunities; EAI; Risk Register (Business Risk & Business Opportunities); Environmental Risk & Environmental Opportunities; the needs & expectations of interested parties, internal & external Issues. Ensure the policies on patient and family rights are addressed at all times. Ensure compliance to Patient Safety Goals as safety improvement measures which have adopted by KPJ Tawakkal KL. Ensure adherence to The KPJ Way Standard People Practice (SPP). Involvement in Risk Management exercise inclusive of Incident Reporting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). To participate and to support all activities pertain to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 including the commitment to comply with legal requirements. Involvement in Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) exercise inclusive of training, awareness and documentation. Involvement in Business Continuity Management (BCM) exercise inclusive of Business Impact Assessment (BIA) and or Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and or exercise (drill) and or other documentation.
