Job descriptionHow You Will Do It Designs Security System and other ELV Systems such as BMS, Intercom, etc. Establishes and maintains relationships with customers to ensure active engagement, quick responses, profitability, and timely payments. Communicates externally with customers, consultants, general contractors, supervision, design institutes, and other construction units; manages site activities to ensure quality standards. Collaborates internally with sales, engineering, procurement, and other departments to achieve company objectives. Prepares project documentation including reports, project plans, technical documents, material submissions, drawings, and OMM. Participates in regular project meetings; manages work schedules and reports progress regularly. Monitors project costs to ensure timely completion within budget, contractual, and safety standards. Manages submission of progress claims and invoicing. Orders materials according to the Project BOM and monitors delivery schedules. Implements safety measures to ensure safe work practices. Performs system configuration, testing, commissioning, and project handover. Handover to the service team upon project completion. Required Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Over 3 years of experience in construction or building technologies industries, especially in project management related to Security or ELV Systems. Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa. Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
