What would you be doing :

Conceptualize and create engaging short-form videos (10-12 per week) for product and promotional campaigns. Edit video content for various platforms (e.g.,Facebook & Instagram Ads, TikTok, Instagram Reels) using industry-standard tools. Develop storyboards to guide visual direction and ensure a cohesive narrative across all video content. Collaborate with media buyers, senior editors, designers, and marketing teams to align content with brand messaging. Support pre-production and post-production workflows, including shot planning, rough cuts, and final delivery. Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders to refine and improve video output. Apply basic knowledge of AI tools to enhance content creation efficiency (bonus). Stay updated on video trends, platform algorithms, and best practices in content performance.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have :

Around 2 years of experience in video editing or content creation or a strong portfolio with trending short-form content (e.g., Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Proven ability to create engaging and visually appealing video content. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Capcut; basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus. Experience in developing storyboards and basic scripting. Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet weekly video output KPIs (minimum 10-12 videos). Strong understanding of pacing, sound, and visual storytelling. Knowledge of motion graphics or animation. Familiarity with AI-powered tools for video creation or editing Experience with product videos, social ads, or e-commerce visuals. Excellent command of both Mandarin and English, including written and verbal communication. Awareness of current video trends, platform best practices, and algorithm behavior. Open to feedback and willing to learn training and support will be provided for the right creative talent.
