About the role

As a Sales Designer at CLASSY OUTLOOK SOLUTIONS (M) SDN BHD, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and design services to our valued clients. This full-time position is based in our Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur office, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales and branding initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop creative sales and marketing materials to showcase our products and services
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and propose tailored solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency and quality in all sales collateral
  • Provide ongoing support and customer service to maintain strong client relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design techniques
  • Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to generate new leads

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or design role, preferably within the B2B sales industry
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation tactics, and customer relationship management
  • Proficient in using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high-quality work
  • Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing business needs
  • Able to find leads
