Your new role

Collaborate with external accountants, tax advisors, and corporate secretaries to ensure timely and accurate financial submissions andpliance.
Review and verify deliverables from external accountants, including general ledgers, financial statements, and taxputations.
Generate monthly internal management reports and operational metrics for presentation to management.
Track and manage cash flow.
Maintain organised financial records and coordinate with auditors and tax authorities as needed.
Support budgeting and cost control processes across various departments.
Handle operational matters with banks, including payments and account maintenance.
Ensurepliance with Malaysian tax laws, transfer pricing regulations, and other statutory obligations, while being familiar with MFRS / IFRS standards.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

3-5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.

Prior experience with Big Four firms or in the tech / startup sector is advantageous.

In-depth knowledge of Malaysian tax and accounting standards.

Exceptional analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and capability to handle multiple tasks independently.
