Job description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive RPA Developer with 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automation tools, process analysis, and workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using Blue Prism tool.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
Document automation solutions and create technical specifications and user guides.
Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation design.
Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

4-6 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.

Proficiency in one or more RPA platforms (most preferably Blue Prism tool, if not, good to go with UiPath or Automation Anywhere experience).

Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow design, and business analysis.

Familiarity with Mainframe application, APIs, enterprise systems integration.

Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
