Overview

Define and understand end-to-end Junior Savings & MOHE customer journey in driving deposit portfolio growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall IT solution implementation plan (i.e. development, testing) and end delivery of change requests (CRs) pertaining to all Retail Banking application software / technology projects associated with Junior Savings / MOHE to ensure the software / technology delivers the desired business functionality to the required quality in compliance with the Bank’s business rules & operational processes as well as statutory & regulatory obligations.
• Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to create a segment stickiness & value proposition by growing the customer product holding (i.e. end-to-end process from acquisition till fulfilment stage) as well as to drive acquisition & portfolio growth.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of system enhancements / projects.
• Propose, plan, manage & execute marketing plans & activities according to product strategy to meet Bank goals & objectives.
• Conduct Sales Training to all the branches on Junior Savings / MOHE Value Propositions as well as Marketing Campaigns or Leads initiatives.
