Role Description

This is a Project Based Freelance, on-site role only for Malaysian Citizens. As an Esports Producer / Broadcast Operator, you will manage and oversee live broadcasts, produce video content, coordinate broadcast activities, and handle technical aspects related to the production. Day‑to‑day tasks include setting up broadcast equipment, ensuring high‑quality production, and collaborating with the technical team to execute seamless broadcasts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Broadcast Production, Live Broadcast, and Video Production
• Skills in Broadcasting and Troubleshooting
• Deep understanding of Vmix Software and Live streaming Tools (Broadcast Position)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
• Familiarity with esports and gaming industry trends is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2 years experience in esports broadcast field
