Job descriptionCurrently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Excellent in both written and verbal communication. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Able to commit a minimum of full-time internship period for 3 months.

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description :
- Drive on-going deep dives and come up with recommendations on how to optimize the current set up or highlight key areas for process improvements
- Contribute to daily logistics reporting and analytics, providing relevant and timely information to highlight key indicators affecting business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Payment, Finance, and Fraud teams, and engage in logistics-related inquiries
- Assist in the management of daily logistics tasks, ensuring exception orders are processed on timely manner
- Support in resolving seller complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to the Head of Operations.
