Job Summary
Prepare and submit sales forecast / budget by store by financial year and buying seasonality, as well as seasonal Pre-OTB and OTB. Plan a purchasing budget based on planned revenue goals and optimal stock cover. Adjust the seasonal budget and OTB to correspond to actual / historical sales performance of the assigned brands. Deliver consumer, channel, space and price appropriate product assortments, without compromising the season’s key highlights. Define positioning product / price architecture to reflect brand positioning and market demand, within approved margin policy. Be aware of competition activities, assortments and pricing to apply commercial knowledge when executing buys. Maintain good relationships and work closely with the Merchandising Manager and brand principal. Prepare monthly and quarterly buying forecast reports to maximize turnover through timely commercial sales planning and forecasting. Be responsible for all the brands\' stock inventory under your care. Plan, strategize and expand the business of each brand to be profitable. Undertake additional / any other assignments or duties as required by top management.
