We believe that "Light is another language of architecture" — through lighting and smart control systems, we create solutions that blend aesthetics and performance for architects, interior designers, and contractors.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with architects, interior designers, and contractors to understand their lighting needs
• Learn and master lighting knowledge (optics, color temperature, glare control, and smart systems like DALI / KNX)
• Provide lighting solutions and project support from design stage to installation
• Collaborate with the team on product testing, lighting demonstrations, and on-site commissioning
• Build long-term client relationships and become their trusted lighting consultant

Structured Training Program covering products, design language, project workflow, and client communication

Mentorship system with senior consultants guiding you step by step

Competitive package :

Basic salary RM2,800 – RM4,500 (depending on experience)

Project bonuses & attractive commission scheme

Training allowance to ensure stable income during learning phase

Clear career path :

0–3 months : Training + assisting in projects

3–6 months : Handling small projects independently

6–12 months : Leading large-scale projects (potential annual income RM60k–RM100k+)
