Senior Account Executive / Account Executive

Key in invoices and allocation of expenses to cost centers accordingly.

Liaise with different departments for accounting related report, auditors, company secretary and tax agent.

Maintain proper filing on all financial and administrative documents.

Ensure all transactions are properly recorded in a timely manner and precisely.

Prepare monthly accounting reports and schedules when required.

Assist in any ad‑hoc tasks as assigned when required by the superior.

Job Requirements

• At least 1‑2 years of experience in the related field. Experience in manufacturing industry would be an added advantage for this position.
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Accounting or a related professional qualification.
• Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin is an advantage for this position.
• Meticulous in figures.
• Able to multi‑task and meet tight deadlines.
• Full‑time position.
