Job description

The Partner School Engagement is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with secondary and high schools to enhance MILA University's brand visibility and increase student enrolment. This role involves driving school engagement strategies, organizing impactful events, nurturing prospective students, and collaborating with the sales team to maximize conversions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. School Engagement & Partnerships

Develop and implement engagement strategies with secondary and high schools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, counsellors, and teachers.
Identify and target key schools for strategic partnership opportunities.

2. Event Planning & Execution

Plan, organize, and execute school-based events to raise brand awareness.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event delivery.

Monitor, evaluate, and improve event effectiveness.

3. Student Nurturing & Outreach

Organize nurturing activities to positively influence students' perceptions of the university.

Deliver engaging presentations, workshops, and seminars to students.

4. Lead Management & Conversion

Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support enrolment targets.

Ensure smooth transition of leads from engagement to enrolment.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in event planning, public speaking, and relationship management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Familiarity with the local education system and school networks.

Willingness to travel to schools as required.

Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
