- Provide real-time interpretation via phone or video between English and another language.
- Ensure accurate, neutral, and culturally sensitive communication between speakers.
- Handle calls across various sectors such as Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Travel, Law Enforcement , and more.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all interactions.
