The Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure Operations is responsible for leading the strategic planning, implementation, and management of Monash University Malaysia’s IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and scalability in support of academic, research, and administrative functions. This role oversees the university’s network, servers, cyber security, data centers, and IT operations, ensuring alignment with the "One Monash" global IT strategy. This position works closely with Monash University Australia (MUA) eSolutions. The incumbent will drive operational excellence, optimise infrastructure performance, and lead a team of IT professionals to deliver reliable, secure, and innovative technology solutions that enhance the university’s digital ecosystem.

Reporting Line : The position reports to Senior Director, Campus Infrastructure and Technology Services under broad direction.
