Responsibilities
- Identifying and monitoring the relevant regulatory legislative and Bank policy and best practices requirements
- Implementing the necessary process, systems and internal controls to facilitate adherence AML policy and obligations
- Direct accountability and responsibility Account Closure perspective to ensure matters relating to Account Closure timeliness
- Performs quality control functions, training,munications, guidance, monitoring developments / enhancements input and testing
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of Account Closure in accordance with Bank's standards.
- Management of portfolio flow and ensure no overdue
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in intelligence / investigation related work in AMLpliance function within the financial industryKnowledge of AML and KYC regulations and KYC Screening tool such as Detica, Refinitiv is preferredCritical thinking, excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsPossess initiative, well structured, driven and meticulousGood knowledge / understanding of banking and financial services laws and regulations,pliance best practices and understanding of financial products and systemsStrong Interpersonal,munication and presentation skillsA self-starter who must be able to work under minimal supervision, have a sense of urgency and proactive in dealing with day-todayBe a part of UOB Family
