Job Summary : The HR and Office Admin Intern will support daily HR operations and administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, LandD, performance management, and general office management. It's ideal for someone interested in learning the behind-the-scenes workings of a dynamic media company and building foundational skills in people and operations management. Key Responsibilities : HR Support -Assist with sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for various roles. -Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., preparing documents, tracking checklists). -Maintain and organize employee files, databases, and records. -Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives (e.g., birthdays, team events). Administrative and Office Support -Monitor and replenish office supplies, pantry inventory, and equipment needs. -Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient office environment. -Support meeting room scheduling and basic logistics for internal and client meetings. -Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the HR or operations team.
