Key Responsibilities

Craft and execute creative recruitment strategies to attract talent for roles in manufacturing, restaurant operations, corporate functions, and beyond.
Source candidates through platforms like JobStreet, LinkedIn, and local networks, tapping into Malaysia's diverse talent market.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for our varied roles.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions that resonate with top talent.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiations and smooth onboarding.
Build a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs across our conglomerate.
Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience that reflects our values of integrity and inclusivity.
Monitor recruitment metrics and share insights to continuously improve our hiring processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably across industries including manufacturing.

Strong sourcing skills, with familiarity using JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other local and global recruitment platforms.

Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to connect with candidates and stakeholders from all walks of life.

Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
