Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Be responsible for test equipment transfer, setup, qualification, release
• Also take ownership for Test equipment stability sustaining and improvement including but not limited to equipment setting / qualification / PM etc
• Would also need to work on spare management
• Coach and lead technician team for equipment normal sustaining and production running
• Responsible for test equipment transfer, setup, qualification, release
• Test equipment stability (EQ setup, buy off, PM)
• Spare management
• Conform to all health and safety, security and quality systems related equipment.
• Liaison with IFX global counterparts to ensure a good communication and timely support from the overseas
• Extend working scope to engage into new subcons different testers enabling by leverage Unisem Chengdu experience
• Coach new members and technician team for machine sustaining
