2nd level IT operation support for Engineering based systems and quality gatekeeping application used globally within Infineon. In specific test & engineering data collection and analysis system used globally within Infineon.
Provide 2nd level support (including 24x7 rotational on call), solution administration, system maintenance, monitoring and operation to meet customer SLA / targets
Implement service request and changes to fulfil user and customer needs
Drive and pro-active problem management in scope, evaluate and deploy new measures / solution for operational stability improvements
Defining and setup effective systems faulty detection and monitoring for early pro-active failure detection
Perform user requirement engineering, FIT & UAT (including test cases creation, test environment setup)
Execute software and technologies refresh activities
Contribute to global projects
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have :
Min. Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering with minimum 1- 2 years working experiences. Fresh Graduates will also be considered.
Min 1-2 years experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing (Optional)
Min 1-2 years experience in systems / IT support
Min 1-2 years experience in user requirements handlings
Good knowledge in data transfer, file processing methodology, system interfaces / integration
Experience of database system and development ( Oracle PL / SQL, SQL scripts, MS SQL)
Min 2-3 years experience in application maintenance and / or development in operating systems - Windows, Unix, Linux, Perl scripts
ITIL practical experiences (incident management, problem management, event management, change and release management)
Good analytical & troubleshooting skills, able to drive root cause findings
Good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work independently and good team player
