Overview

A professional job to work as an account owner to build good relationships with global & local key accounts / electronic manufacturers, dig out opportunities and follow up from DC to MP.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong, strategic relationships with customers assigned in your territory and develop more new customers.
  • Daily contact and regular visits to promote product offerings, services, solutions; dig requirements, make proposals, price negotiations, and administer company sales policies & procedures.
  • As the account owner, monitor and control the response for customer requirements from enquiry to order fulfillment and payment received.
  • Negotiate terms of delivery, payment, and rebates; manage the credit limit.
  • Achieve the monthly sales target, conduct customer quarterly business reviews, leverage customers’ business goals, growth strategies and profit drivers to deliver the appropriate business value proposition and sales solution strategy.
  • Provide leadership and guidance in critical customer planning and engagement.
  • Prioritize customers and opportunities with greatest potential for success.
  • Work independently to identify, pursue or manage accounts / opportunities with large size / strategic backgrounds.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years solid sales experience of business strategies and plans in the electronic components / semiconductor field; experience with distributors and large brokers (e.g., Avnet, Arrow, Future, WPG) is a big advantage.
  • Familiar with IC, memory, power device products.
  • Familiar with global and local EMS, OEM, ODM, IDH, and the ability to penetrate soon.
  • Graduated from Electronics engineering or sales or marketing major.
  • Microsoft tools and CRM friendly
  • Diligent, responsible, aggressive, and self-motivated.
