Lead the full lifecycle of data center development from feasibility, planning, and design to construction and handover.

Oversee site-based activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.

Lead and facilitate project meetings, reporting progress and resolving issues proactively.

Implement and monitor project management processes and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Ensure effective stakeholder communication and maintain strong client relationships.

Provide technical guidance on civil, structural, MEP, and architectural aspects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

10–15 years of experience in infrastructure-heavy or data center projects.

Proven track record in managing large-scale construction or data center developments.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations and authority approval processes.

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera).

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
