Project Manager (Events)

Job Summary

This role is a hybrid of event leadership, P&L and operational management. You will conceptualize and execute events ranging from intimate activations to large-scale experiences with footfalls of up to 100,000, while also overseeing production, logistics, fulfillment, and P&L performance. The ideal candidate is resourceful, commercially driven, highly operational and able to manage both the creative and executional sides of events with lean teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Event Leadership

Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-impact events across malls, private venues, and public spaces.

Oversee day-to-day operational workflows for event preparation and execution.

Own the P&L for the events and operations function.

Build, lead, and motivate lean internal teams across events and operations.

Continuously improve event formats, production workflows, and fulfillment processes.

Job Requirements

Strong P&L management and financial acumen.
