Overview
As a Dynamic Programme Coordinator, you will have an opportunity to drive training excellence through coordinated systems management, creative communication, and effective collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- System Management : Oversee and manage systems including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Apps, and Learner Evaluation Platforms; collaborate with Programme Coordinators and stakeholders to optimize system utilization.
- Training Coordination : Develop engaging training communications (invitations and instructor notes) using tools like Canva and MailChimp; craft training schedules targeting the right audience and manage participant lists; monitor registrations and attendance and follow up with absentees to boost participation; facilitate smooth virtual and physical training experiences (e.g., Teams setup, classroom arrangement).
- Learner, Stakeholder And Resource Management : Secure venues for training events, coordinate printing and delivery of training materials, manage room setup and ensure availability of materials, AV equipment, and stationery; keep SharePoint resources up-to-date; address learner inquiries; assign participants to learning events and manage feedback; handle cost allocation for events.
- Budget And Vendor Coordination : Oversee the training budget, allocate and monitor spend; collaborate with Project Management to source vendors, venues, and catering.
- Team Collaboration : Work with team members to ensure task completion, provide coverage in absences, and coordinate with Logistic teams, MIS, Facilities & Services, and other relevant parties to fulfill training requirements.
- Other Responsibilities : Deliver timely reports and maintain adherence to regulatory requirements (HRDC); perform other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
