We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and expand our commercial presence across Asia, specifically in Asean countries, China and India.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the regional sales teams across the target countries
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth in the thermoplastic compound sector
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration
- Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align on business goals
Qualification / experience
Good knowledge of thermoplastic compounds properties and processing, especially related to polyamides, polyolefins, polyestersProven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the thermoplastic polymers industryStrong knowledge of the Asian market, including local dynamics and customer behaviorsExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong business acumen and negotiation capabilitiesFluent in English and ChineseWillingness to travel within the region as neededLocation
Our factory is based in Penang, Malaysia.
This role requires frequent travel across the assigned Asian markets.
