About the opportunity

Performance Marketing Senior Specialists work with account teams, creative teams, and SEO specialists to drive daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Market Platforms (GMP) & related programmatic platforms, and important business outcomes for clients.

To be considered, candidates must currently reside and be eligible to work in Malaysia.

About the responsibilities

Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, the Senior Specialist, Performance Marketing will be responsible for determining and executing best‑in‑class paid media strategies to drive key business outcomes for clients.

• Manage daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads, Google Market Platforms (GMP) & related programmatic platforms
• Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on insights
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics
• Monitor, assess, and react to competitor strategies
• Manage relationships and liaise with clients about their campaigns
• Uncover and achieve client goals and business objectives through campaign customization
• Ensure that all client deliverables include actionable insights and analysis of past results, performance trends, relevant industry best practices, recommendations, and next steps
