Strong knowledge of wiring, air-conditioning, plumbing, welding, and CCTV systems . Leadership skills to manage a small team of technicians and contractors. Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills . Willingness to travel nationwide to oversee outlet maintenance. Overview
Are you an experienced engineer with expertise in electrical systems, CCTV installation, plumbing, air-conditioning, welding, and facility management ? IMIKA is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to lead and oversee maintenance operations across our 33 computer shops nationwide .
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all maintenance works across outlets.
- Design, improve, and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
- Supervise and guide technicians in wiring, plumbing, air-conditioning, welding, and CCTV installation / repair .
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure outlets meet safety and operational standards.
- Manage emergency maintenance and provide technical solutions to complex issues.
- Prepare and maintain reports, budgets, and schedules for maintenance activities.
