Job Title : Senior Legal Counsel of Fintos Venture Group

Job Description : Join our dynamic team at Fintos Group and play a pivotal role in shaping compliant, innovative financial solutions. As Legal Executive, you will ensure seamless regulatory adherence while providing strategic legal support to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Legal Feasibility Studies & KYC Assessments : Conduct thorough legal feasibility studies and Know Your Customer (KYC) evaluations for prospects and clients.
Regulatory Compliance : Safeguard operations by ensuring full compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
Documentation Review : Scrutinize legal documents and correspondence to protect company interests and mitigate risks.
Stakeholder Liaison : Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on legal strategies.
External Legal Counsel Coordination : Partner with our external counsel to resolve complex legal matters efficiently.
General & Business Legal Advisory : Deliver practical, actionable legal guidance on operational and business challenges to fuel sustainable growth.

Qualifications

Education : LLB degree from a recognized institution.

Professional Qualifications : Called to the Bar.

Experience : Minimum 1-year PQE in commercial banking, real estate and other related laws (actual practice experience highly preferred though not mandatory).

Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.

Proven capacity to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Highly independent, self-reliant and confident in providing reliable legal advice.

Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the financial services sector is a strong plus.

Language Proficiency : Mandatory fluency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa for effective and accurate conveyance and communication of correspondences.
