Job description
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting suitable eyewear.
  • Explain product features, promotions, and pricing to customers.
  • Handle sales transactions including order processing, payments, and receipts.
  • Maintain the store’s cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Prepare daily / weekly sales reports when required.
  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily store operations
