Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the rollout of the global SAP S / 4HANA F2S template across ASEAN and Middle East regions.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment of business requirements and global solution designs.
• Facilitate workshops, gap analysis, and fit‑to‑standard sessions with key users and business leads.
• Drive the localization, configuration, testing, and deployment of F2S processes in SAP S / 4HANA.
• Serve as a functional expert in Forecast to Stock, while maintaining a good working knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
• Coordinate closely with technical teams, data teams, and change management to support deployment activities.
• Provide issue resolution, process documentation, and contribute to end‑user training.
• Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring expectations are well managed and delivered upon.
