Overview
Campaign PMO Specialist responsible for managing and coordinating campaign projects across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with Lazada's overall marketing and category strategy.
Responsibilities
- Campaign strategy development
- Campaign execution and management
- Comprehensive understanding of category-specific campaign insights
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Facilitate effective communication between teams, identify potential roadblocks, and propose solutions to maintain project momentum
- Assist in the assessment of campaign performance and conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company processes and standards, contributing to the continuous improvement of PMO methodologies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldLess than 1 year of experience in project management, preferably in an e-commerce or marketing environment (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologiesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesEffective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teamsAdaptable and proactive with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on timePassionate and willing to go the extra mile in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
