Job Summary :
The HR Intern (Recruitment) will support the recruitment process for contractors on our marketplace platform. Additionally, the candidate will assist in building and maintaining relationships with high-potential talents and contribute to various HR initiatives to support team growth and development.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment Support :
- Assist in replying to and managing messages and bids from engineering talents on the marketplace platform.
- Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates via telephone, email, or in person.
- Develop cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time.
- Assist in building a network of engineering talents and expanding it through telephone and virtual and physical meet-ups.
- Engage with engineering talents to increase awareness, engagement, and acquisition of the marketplace.
- Support in identifying and recruiting high-potential talents.
- Support in identifying relevant channels and methods to reach new engineering talents.
