Position Overview

The incumbent will gain exposure to industrial development and the medical device environment. They will support the supply chain area / field assigned and complete tasks assigned by Planners, Managers, or Coaches within or across divisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining material requirement plans (MRP) based on production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent shortages or excess.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Track and resolve material discrepancies or delays.
• Support data entry and maintenance of planning systems and ERP tools.
• Generate reports on material status, inventory, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material flow and reduce waste.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Be independent and self-motivated.
• Participate in process improvement projects with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Uphold Insulet's Code of Conduct, Quality, and HSE policies.
• Ensure safety, quality, and employee guidelines compliance.
