Position Overview
The incumbent will gain exposure to industrial development and the medical device environment. They will support the supply chain area / field assigned and complete tasks assigned by Planners, Managers, or Coaches within or across divisions.

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining material requirement plans (MRP) based on production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent shortages or excess.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
- Track and resolve material discrepancies or delays.
- Support data entry and maintenance of planning systems and ERP tools.
- Generate reports on material status, inventory, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material flow and reduce waste.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Be independent and self-motivated.
- Participate in process improvement projects with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Uphold Insulet's Code of Conduct, Quality, and HSE policies.
- Ensure safety, quality, and employee guidelines compliance.
Education and Experience
Minimum Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline.Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of experience in material planning, procurement, or supply chain are preferred.Preferred Skills and Competencies
Familiarity with SAP systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and communication skills.Detail-oriented with multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.Team player with a collaborative approach.Additional Details
