Job Description

• COE Management & Strategy

Manage the Finance COE to support financial accounting deliverables for APAC.

• Implement and track Key Performance / Control Indicators (KPIs / KCIs) to assess service levels and operational effectiveness.
• Act as the primary accountability point for COE performance.
• Oversight & Operational Excellence

Oversee financial accounting processes, including Accounts Payable, Financial Control, and Statutory Reporting.

• Align processes with best practices and maintain documentation standards.
• Process Improvement

Drive automation and process standardization to enhance efficiency and reduce non-value-added tasks.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience : 7+ years in finance roles within banking, including Accounts Payable and team management.
• Education : Degree in Accounting.
• Skills :

Proficiency in Accounts Payable, P2P, Concur, and MS Office.

• Strong understanding of accounting practices in financial institutions.

This position focuses on operational excellence, leadership, and process improvements within the Finance COE to support APAC Finance's strategic goals.
