Position Overview :

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive consumer engagement. You will play a crucial role in developing strategies that resonate with target audiences and align with the company’s business goals. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with product development, sales, and creative teams to create impactful campaigns that maintain the company’s competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
  • Manage content creation, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives.
  • Oversee brand management to ensure consistent positioning and messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Identify and explore new marketing opportunities to expand brand reach and strengthen consumer loyalty.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and able to derive actionable insights from marketing metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and CRM systems.
