Job description

To develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental yield.

To build and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.

To manage lease negotiation, renewals and attend to tenancy-related matters.

To liaise with tenants and solicitors on issues with regards to tenancy agreements and documents.

To review and verify lease documents, management reports as well as documents with regards to lease transaction.

To develop and maintain professional standards within the Leasing team

To maintain proper Leasing systems and reports

To prepare rental budgets and cash flows.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for pricing and leasing strategies.

Key Requirements

At least 5 to 7+ years of experience in a similar capacity within retail mall management or real estate
Established network of tenants and contacts within the retail property sector
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
At least a Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent
