Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate technicians and operators to achieve production and company objectives.
Supervise daily production activities to ensure output, quality, and efficiency targets are met.
Ensure products comply with quality specifications, hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements.
Implement and monitor preventive and autonomous maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
Troubleshoot and perform hands‑on maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
Manage spare part inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely repairs and replacements.
Maintain and improve Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) in line with ISO 22000, HACCP, and other standards.
Ensure documentation, audits, and compliance activities are properly maintained.
Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and quality.
Mentor and develop team members through coaching and on‑the‑job training.
Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) and ISO 14001 requirements.
Support other activities and assignments as directed by the superior.
