Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming automation parts, tools, and consumables. Label and store items systematically to ensure easy retrieval and traceability. Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems (e.g., ERP or inventory software). Issue components and tools to production, engineering, and maintenance teams as requested. Monitor stock levels and assist in reordering to prevent shortages or overstocking. Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure storage areas comply with safety and cleanliness standards. Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for stock-related matters.

The Store Clerk supports inventory and material management for automation components, tools, and equipment. This role ensures accurate stock handling, timely issuance of parts for production and maintenance, and proper documentation in line with industry standards.
