Job description8+ years of payroll experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles working with regional or matrixed teams. Strong understanding of payroll across multiple APAC markets. Proficiency in ADP, SAP, Workday, or similar systems. Excellent stakeholder communication and problem‑solving skills. Fluent in English; Mandarin, Hindi, Japanese, Malay, or Vietnamese is a plus. - Lead a regional HR / payroll team and support vendor coordination.
- Drive payroll system improvements and harmonisation efforts.
- Lead audits and special payroll cycles.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure a high level of quality payroll services.
- Execute operational tasks to support day‑to‑day payroll delivery operations as needed.
