We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional to drive growth, strengthen our market presence, and support exciting new product initiatives both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction, positioning the business unit as a market leader.
• Drive business growth by maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers and developing new sales opportunities.
• Handle new inquiries, including preparation of costings, submission of quotations, and timely follow-ups with prospects.
• Identify potential clients by researching and analyzing market trends, industry position, and sales options.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments (e.g., Factory / Production) on inquiries such as new packaging requests, product samples, and new product development.
• Support new product development initiatives, trade shows, demonstrations, workshops, training sessions, and other company events.
• Conduct market research, prepare analytical reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships by providing solutions, support, and continuous service improvements.
• Ensure quality service delivery in alignment with organizational standards.
• Keep abreast of industry developments by attending relevant workshops, training, and networking events.
• Contribute to team success by achieving related objectives and supporting colleagues as required.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for work assignments.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
