QA / QC Controller / Admin

Overview

Medium to high level responsibilities include filing, typing, recording and compiling documents, assisting in the implementation of the Quality Management System, and supporting QA / QC functions. Responsibilities

• File, type, record and compile documents; ensure latest versions of relevant documents and records are available to users.
• Assist the QA / QC team in implementing and monitoring the quality control manual system; support QA / QC Manager as needed.
• Coordinate with personnel in relevant departments for development and revision of detailed procedures; verify that documents and records reflect current practices.
• Check Head of Department documents containing copies, procedure records and job descriptions (JD).
• Maintain minutes of meetings and facilitate distribution of relevant information.
• Support final MDR compilation and submission to clients as per client requirements.
• Receive drawings and manage distribution; control material incoming inspection and data entry.
• Manage NBIC document submission / control.
• Assist QA / QC inspector and support internal quality processes.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the QA / QC Manager, including 5S activities and CSR-related duties.
• Ensure all final MDRs are maintained and submitted in accordance with client requirements.
