We are seeking a strategic Finance Director to lead our finance function. This is a pivotal role in driving financial governance, performance management, and business partnership within a fast-paced digital advertising environment. Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Strategy
- Oversee all financial operations for the region, including accounting, reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Drive financial performance and operational efficiency through insightful analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Lead annual budget and long-term planning processes, ensuring alignment with group objectives.
- Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and compliance frameworks to ensure sound governance.
Business Partnership
Partner closely with business leaders to evaluate new initiatives, optimize margins, and enhance profitability.Provide financial insights to support data-driven decision-making and strategic business growth.Serve as a key liaison with the Group Finance / Holding Company.Leadership & People Development
Lead, mentor, and develop finance team.Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture within the finance organization.Governance & Compliance
Oversee statutory and management reporting, tax compliance, and audit processes in all operating entities.Manage relationships with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and local regulatory requirements.Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) preferred.At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in a leadership role.Audit background (from Big 4 or mid-tier firms) is strongly preferred.Experience in the advertising, media, or digital marketing industry is a significant advantage.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong capability to turn data insights into actionable strategies.Proven ability to partner with senior management and external stakeholders.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Unlock job insights
