Job descriptionPreparing food and beverages in accordance with defined standards and recipes Cleaning and preparing all basic food items, including portioning, battering, breading, seasoning, and marinating Handling, storing, labeling, and rotating all products properly, in line with instructions and food safety regulations Keeping your workstation clean and tidy at all times Assisting in properly closing the kitchen by following the kitchen station closing checklist Receiving, ensuring all Halal ingredients only in kitchen Check for Non-Halal Items or Potential Doubtful Ingredients Observe personal hygiene at all times Minimum education : SPM and above Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Required skills : Food Preparation, Customer Service, Communication, Teamwork, Cash Handling, Order Taking Malaysian citizen Aged 18 years and above Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays Good communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented Willing to learn and follow company standards Able to work in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness No prior experience required (training will be provided) Typhoid injection is mandatory (proof of vaccination required before starting work) Daily Sales Incentives — Earn up to RM800 extra per day Contractual Bonus — Up to 3 months’ salary after 15 months of service Performance Bonus — Earn an additional RM500 to RM1,000 quarterly Attendance Incentives — Earn an extra RM200 per month EPF & SOCSO & EIS Withdraw your earned salary anytime Medical & Insurance Coverage Annual leave, sick leave, birthday leave, and various other types of leaves Flexible Working Hours — Choose to work 5 or 6 days per week Professional development opportunities Free staff meals

Responsibilities
Service Crew
- Greeting guests as they arrive and showing them to their table
- Providing menus and taking orders for food and beverages
- Introducing guests to our brand and menu, including recommending popular items
- Delivering excellent guest experiences throughout their visit
- Handling food and drinks properly and hygienically to avoid the risk of contamination
- Serving food and beverages promptly
- Safely and properly clearing dirty dishes and glassware to the kitchen or bar, while avoiding breakages
- Receiving, ensuring all Halal ingredients only in kitchen
- Check for Non-Halal Items or Potential Doubtful Ingredients
- Observe personal hygiene at all times
